General information about the EKCO Discount Card for card holders
Why should I get an EKCO Nation discount card?
To save at participating stores and to help support the EKCO Nation movement. Purchasing a card adds to our fund raising and we give back to you when you shop based on our relationships with participating stores and businesses.
Are there any additional rewards, gifts or benefits for card holders?
Yes. Outside of the savings you gain from shopping with your card, card holders also get a chance to win monthly rewards and prizes offered by EKCO Nation based on monthly challenges. Visit our Rewards page feed for more.
Where can I purchase and collect my EKCO Nation Discount Card from?
You can purchase and collect your card from our office in Balsen House, Welches, St. Michael or wherever you see our EKCO Nation Discount Card promotional booths or representatives. We are also willing to arrange delivery simply contact us. Visit our Contact Page for more info.
What is the difference between a personalized and generic card?
Personalized cards carry the full name of the card holder on the front of the card; while generic cards don’t. Personalized cards incur an additional $5 BDS fee on purchase and may require additional days for processing before collection. Generic cards are usually available immediately upon payment.
What disclaimer info is printed on the card?
“Valid for cardholder only and until expiry date displayed on the card. Present card when ordering. Not necessarily valid with other sales or discounts. Equal or lesser value always applies. Offers may vary from time to time. Good only at participating locations. One card per order, visit/table.”
Would I get an additional discount on already discounted items with my card?
No. The discounts or deals available through the card do not necessarily apply to already discounted items especially where the item discount offered is greater than or equal to one available through the card.
What if the discount I receive is different than what I expected?
Participating businesses are committed to offering the published discount or deal actively agreed to with us which is published on their profile page on our website. Please read the disclaimer info to ensure you fully understand how the card is used. Please contact us via email at ekconationcard@gmail.com with details of your transaction if there are any discrepancies.
Is the expiry date on the card fixed?
Yes. At this time we have a fixed annual period from December to the end of November the following year.
How long is the card valid for?
The card is valid up until the expiry date displayed on the card. This can be found on the front of your card to the right of card number area.
I have lost my card how do I get a new one?
You can email us at ekconationcard@gmail.com to have your card replaced. A replacement fee of $15 BDS is required before the process is completed.
