The conference offers a wealth of opportunities, including performance showcases, networking, mentoring, and critiquing sessions with music industry executives, tour operators, and promoters. Artists will gain valuable insights on PR and marketing strategies, financial sustainability, and creating music that supports positive social transformation. Topics covered include tour planning, metadata management, entrepreneurship in music, vocal techniques, music marketing, and more. What are the registration dates & deadlines?

How can I pay for my package?

Registration is officially open! Participants can register and purchase packages on our Caribbean EKCO event page on TicketNation.bb using credit cards or Visa Debit cards. Visit https://bit.ly/2025CaribbeanEKCO-Music-Conference. Additional charges or processing fees may apply. Cash payments before the registration deadline are accepted, simply contact any of our representatives at 1-246-254-3526 or email caribbeanekco@gmail.com.

I am traveling with my band/group and want to register for the Artist Promo package, do all members have to pay that same fee?

No. Only one member is required to pay that fee all others can register for the Plus or General conference package which gives them access to the Music conference.

Can artists or persons outside the Caribbean register?

Yes. Non-Caribbean artists registered for the Artist Promo package will also have access to showcases and promotional opportunities during the festival.

Are participants required to cover their own cost of travel, accommodation and meals?

Yes. Meals are only provided during the conference based on your registered package. Caribbean EKCO has negotiated special rates with hotels and accommodation providers. Visit our festival website or contact us for more info.

Will all artistes registered with the Artist Promo package have the opportunity to perform during the festival??

No. There is no guarantee that you will be able to perform based on the limited spaces available for showcases and performances during the festival. Artists will be selected to perform or showcase based on evaluation criteria of the artist’s profile, experience, music, and content. All Promo artists will have their profiles and information posted in the conference document given to our special guests and other partnering music executives.

Can I register if I am not a Christian artist, songwriter or performer?

Yes. However, you may not be able to maximize our Artist Promo Package opportunities as our evaluation and approval process seeks to ensure that the artists and the music they produce and represent, complement our values and principles as a faith-based organization. All music promoted across our platforms and stages must conform to our Pure Music mandate.

What is the Pure Music mandate?

As a faith-based organization committed to positive social transformation, we do not support or promote any music or artists that promote violence, hatred, sexual immorality, greed, selfishness, materialism, revelry, drugs, alcoholism, idolatry, lewdness or abusive language on any of our platforms, channels or mediums. This mandate is based on research that shows a link to how music influences the mental health, behaviour, culture, and identity of youth. Our encouragement is to promote music and lifestyles based on Philippians 4:8-9.
