Allison Della Vecchia, Vice President of KLR Management Group, is a marketing professional who has organized several music tours and festivals. With invaluable support from multiple award-winning music producer Reuel Lynch, they submitted music from over 40 Caribbean Gospel artists to various US music awards, resulting in 425 nominations from six Caribbean islands and 25 award wins in two years. Allison worked tirelessly to promote, fundraise, and organize visas, travel, accommodations, and transportation for seven artists/groups in 2017 and nine artists/bands in 2018 to attend The Prayze Factor People’s Choice Awards in Atlanta and the Voices of Gospel Music Awards in Alabama.

In 2018, Allison became the Director of Operations for the Dunamis Gospel Awards, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based award show founded by Bishop Terry L. Young, which has grown from a local to a national award show. In 2022, Allison and Bishop Young launched The ACE (Artists Celebrating Excellence) Awards, a performing arts award show recognizing actors, playwrights, screenwriters, and other stage and film professionals.
